Returns Policy

Non-Returnable Items: Please note that for safety and hygienic reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Lingerie/Bodysuits/Underwear

• Swimwear

• Jewelry

• Beauty Products

• Socks

• Any Personal Items

General Return Policy: We accept all authorized returns under the following conditions:

• Some items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. You will be notified about any applicable fees upon your return request.

• All qualified returns are accepted provided the request to return the item is made within 14 days of receiving the product, or the tracking number is marked as delivered.

• We accept returns on unworn products in their original packaging.

Return Process:

1. Return Request:

   • A return can be initiated by accessing the members area on our website or by contacting us at Support@CWorldApparel.com to receive an RMA# for your return.

   • Please include your Order Number, items being returned, and the reason for the return in your request.

2. Approval and Label Generation:

   • Once your return request is approved, we will generate a prepaid return label.

   • The prepaid return label will be emailed to you with instructions.

3. Returning the Items:

   • Print the return label and attach it to your package.

   • You have 7 days from the receipt of the return label to send the item back for a full refund.

4. Processing the Return:

   • Once we receive the returned items, we will process the return and refund the balance to your account.

   • Please note that return labels are available for items being shipped within the 48 continental states only.

Additional Information:

• We take extra caution in packing all items before they are shipped and insure them for safe delivery.

• No refunds or prorated credits will be issued for early cancellation of membership plans.
